These boots are made for walkin'

 Hi!  I'm Calzini!  I'm also known as Calze and Zini!!!  Do you know what "calzini" means?  Socks!!!!  Yep, that's it!  Socks.  It's because I have 4 white paws.  I also have a very handsome white chest.  The rest of me is gray, like my Dad cat, who is also very handsome.  

I followed Scruff here. to where I live now, with my kitty and hooman family.  I always looked up to Scruff.....so, here I am!  And besides, they gave me tuna, and I LOVED it!!!  I didn't even mind that I was caught in a cage!  Yum!

And guess what?  My stupid sister is here!  Missy Tee! Aggghhh!!!  So, I try to mess with her as much as I can because, well, you know, it's fun.  I especially like to make her mad in the morning when she is extra hungry.  It really drives her crazy!!

Now that we have all been here a while, Scruff, my stupid sister and I eat "at the table" in the dining room in the morning.  We get to look out the window, too!  It's really nice!!  Usually there are some birds out there! 

So...there are six of  us here...and our new Momma and Dad.  Scruff and I were friends "in the street"...so, later I met Lupo...and Percy and Notte.  Notte is a sister of mine, too.  Weird, right???

So, rumor has it that I'm a little stand-offish.  The truth is, I just recently found my purr.  I didn't even know I had one!!!!  But then, all of sudden, it happened!  And now, when I get pet and rubbed and talked to by the hoomans....I PURRRRRRRR.  And the funny thing is, I like it!!  

What I did after that is...I started greeting my Momma in the morning when she wakes up so she will pet me...and I find my purr again!  And I find Dad's legs...they are enormous and very long, so they are easy to find....and when his hand comes down to play with me, I purr again!!!  Sometimes I even ambush them and reach out my paws...."Hey!  Pet me!!" and when they do....there it is again!!

Lately I've noticed that Lupo and Percy sometimes hang out on Momma's lap...and Dad's too.  Hmmmmm.  I'm not sure about that.  Sometimes I jump up to Momma's chair, but only if someone else is already there....and I might put a paw or two in her lap.  But.....I don't know.  I'm still not sure.  Those guys seems awful happy about it, though.  Hmmmmm.  So.....I wonder.  Oh, and I have sometimes been sleeping on the top of Momma's chair.  She doesn't seem to mind.   Still wondering about that lap, though.  Maybe someday.
